The SW Thrive Welcome Team offer support for patients aged 18 to 64 who are registered with a GP in the south west of Edinburgh.
Find your nearest minor injury unit, or search for your nearest community pharmacist.
You can either book an appointment with the GP, or alternatively please phone the reception desk on 0131 449 2142 to arrange your appointment.
