If a medicine is prescribed
regularly the doctor may provide you
with a repeat prescription card. A
computerised order slip will be
given to you after each repeat
prescription request and you can use
this to request further items. Your
order slip can either be telephoned
in on the direct line above, posted
to the surgery or delivered in
person and placed inside the repeat
prescription request box in the main
reception area.
Alternatively you
can request your prescription
online.
LOCAL CHEMISTS
Prescriptions can
be dropped off and collected from
your chosen chemist (ask at
reception for details of this
service). All chemists carry
out home deliveries.
