Each year we carry out a survey in which you may be invited to complete a questionnaire about your views and experiences of the services and quality of care offered by this practice and the GPs.

These questionnaires are completely anonymous so no patient can be identified. Any views expressed will not affect your future care but, will be used to help us improve the care you currently receive.
