Emergencies and Out of Hours
Arrangements
In the event of an emergency at any
time of the day or night please use
our emergency number – 449 6969.
When the surgery is closed this
number will be diverted to the Out
Of Hours Emergency Service.
When you contact
the service your call will be dealt
with in one of three ways:
- Where
appropriate you will be given
telephone advice on how to deal
with your problem.
- You may be
asked to attend your nearest
centre where your problem will
be dealt with by the duty
doctor.
- If you are
too ill to attend a doctor will
carry out a house call.
Out of Hours
will take effect from:
Weekdays: 6pm – 8am Weekends:
Friday from 6pm until Monday
8am.
Your call to the Out Of Hours
Emergency Service may be
recorded but confidentiality is
assured at all times.
